of our homes receive personal attention to detail. An on-site
project manager is at the job every day during the construction
and managing the subcontractors. The benefit of this is
the buyer deals with only one senior manager, and a builder
that is available seven days a week if needed.
Our relationship does not end at the settlement table. We
come back for a one-year post settlement follow-up to correct
any problems that might occur from the home's settling.
